lost village (verifying I took appropriate steps)
Hi, after losing my village after a game reset (unlinked to G+) I sent in a request to get it back (through settings -> ... -> other problems with all necessary village information) I received the ticket number #2882097.
My only issue is I want currently logged into G+ when I sent the request. To fix this I sent a second request in the same manner after I was logged in. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to ensure a timely return of my village.
As a side note, will it cause any problems if I play on a new base (without spending money) while I wait?

question about recovering a village after new village TH surpasses lvl 4
I was unaware until recently that having the new temporary village with a town hall that surpasses lvl 4 can cause delays in the village recovery process. This happened for me a while ago so i was wondering:
How much of a delay should I expect because of my folly? days? weeks?

My original request was #2898119 sent on April 13, 2014. Got a reply by email from Jay with Supercell support with instructions on May 12, 2014. I followed the instructions, then sent a reply email back to Jay. I have not heard anything since. Just thought you would be interested in knowing that your misery is shared.

Request #289119 sent on April 13, 2014 I see that you do your best to help many people on the forum site with the same problem that I have. I have been desperately trying to get help restoring my son's lost village for almost 2 months now. The original request (#2898119) was sent April 13, 2014. Jay with Supercell support responded by email a month later on 5/12/14, with instructions which I followed. I started a new village, attached it to my son's Game Center, then sent in a new request through the "help and support" on the new game. This action generated a new request number (#3348967). I emailed Jay back when his instructions were completed. It has been almost another month (in 4 more days), and I have not heard anything, nor has his old village been restored. It has become increasingly difficult keeping our current clan from kicking him out for lack of participation. Please advise!

GOOD NEWS! (and it only took 11 weeks)
So I got a reply from Supercell support, it's not a resolution mind you, but they did make contact with a response. If anyone still has a ticket around #2910703 and is still waiting they may get to you soon. Have hope yet!
question about getting villiage back
Ok so i just submitted my lost villiage request today and provided all kinds of details and even exact up to date pictures of my lost village. Once i get a reply back sometime in the next 3 to 11 weeks how do they give you your old villiage back?
Did they link it to an email?
Did they provide a link code to just link it to your device?
Im at TH4 now on my temporary game until i get my TH9 back. Should i not go past TH4?
