lost village (verifying I took appropriate steps)

Hi, after losing my village after a game reset (unlinked to G+) I sent in a request to get it back (through settings -> ... -> other problems with all necessary village information) I received the ticket number #2882097.

My only issue is I want currently logged into G+ when I sent the request. To fix this I sent a second request in the same manner after I was logged in. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to ensure a timely return of my village.

As a side note, will it cause any problems if I play on a new base (without spending money) while I wait?

I never got a responce from it... I included the first ticket number within the email and I assumed an automated link was made. If this is incorrect should I resend it?

Just did a search through my entire mailbox for "supercell", there is only one response relating to the two emails I sent. This was immediately following the first email.

2. Start a new game of Clash of Clans on your device and complete the tutorial.
3. Go into the in-game settings and connect your village to Google+ using the Google+ sign in button.
4. Contact Support using the "Help and Support" button in the settings menu.

The following information will be required:
Name of the village:
Name of the clan you are part of:
Town Hall level:
Date and time of your last playing session:

Provide all the details of your problem and village. DO NOT DELETE THE PRE POPULATED DATA!

Support may take up to 2-4 weeks to reply.

Feel free to post the ticket number you receive, through an automated response after you send it, here.

If they don't reply within 4 weeks you can post on your thread re-stating your ticket number.
