It is impossible not to get a star a maxed out army can one star any base, it also depends on your defense and wall levels. Your best bet to find an anti hog base is to read a little bit further in to the forums I found a couple good anti hog bases while reading

in these forums just keep looking it might be 2 or 3 pages back but look its all there!
