Caledonia - a non warring clan

We're a new CLAN called CALEDONIA who WON'T BE TAKING PART IN THE WAR ..please note that.
We have spaces in our clan for like minded people who want to play fair and have a wee bit of a laugh
We don't tolerate hoppers or people who just want to request
We want people to play in a fun, safe and friendly environment.
However.....being in a clan comes with some responsibilities so please read our rules below
Basic entry stuff
Adult only
Only English spoken in the clan, tho we have members from around the world
Donate 25 troops before requesting
Be friendly, helpful, polite and stay fairly active..
If you are going to be inactive ...make sure we know in advance
Don't ask for elder ...it is earned by following the rules and will be awarded to deserving people
New Members
You need to try and make sure that requests do not get too far ahead of donations.
You will be reminded......you need to prove you are not a hopper
Once you've been in the clan for 2 weeks, you will be allowed to go to a position where your requests are a maximum of 150 more than your donation but no higher.
Beyond the first two weeks - this applies to everyone in the clan
You are allowed to go to a position where your requests are a maximum of 150 more than your donations but no higher....you will be challenged if you do go higher
You should try not to finish a period with donations that are 150 more than ur requests
You will be challenged if you get into that position
If you continue to play at the +\- 150 position for 2 - 3 periods you put yourself in a dangerous position...if you are an Elder you could be demoted ..members kicked out....but we prefer not to do that
Elders and above
You should be supporting this position and leading by example
Finally
People need to take responsibility for their own actions and not blame others for their position
