Introduction
After many countless considerations, readjustments and testings, I present to you, Hypnotica, an overhaul of the original version! With much better overall resource protection, transformation capability, funneling all in 1!

In this new design, asssements were made to the resource protection capability of the original design as seen below. Many players felt that elixir was also important because once they have maxed TH8, they would need ample elixir protection to make the transition/upgrades at TH9 faster and easier. Based on various considerations, a whole new Hypnotica has been rebuilt!
[In-depth Design Rationale]
Each segment of the base is equally protected with splash and point defenses.

As seen above, wallbreakers will be directed to the T junctions where they will be taken out by teslas and point defense fire.
Once breached, the walls transform into full funnels where giants will head straight for the teslas and move up/down towards the archer tower/cannon removing meat shields from other troops.
Venturing deeper into the sector will trigger the giant bomb, which will take out any troops in a single stroke.
Ring design in secondary layer with resources pivoting all corners of the core. By doing so, giants will move around the entire ring, ignoring the core because of the AI mechanism.
Small bombs in core stop attackers that breach the town hall and preventing them from advancing all over the base.
Town Hall is kept safe as the enemy focuses on destroying buildings while getting pummeled by core splash damage.

-Capable of both trophy/farming mode. This gives the base much more versality.

-Well placed point defenses
-Traps strategically placed
-Optimal protection for all resources
-Symmetrical design
-Funneling to remove giants
Cons:
-Not anti-hog
-Vulnerable to Archer Queen range

How this base works:
1) Most players would breach the 2nd layer of the base with a few wallbreakers and mass deploy giants that will tour through the defenses, getting sprung off the battlefield while those that survive will get sniped by the 3rd outer layer point defenses.

while those that survive the spring are within a kill zone, taking heavy fire:

2) Without the giants, the remaining troops will get easily zapped/pummeled by the core wizard tower/mortar.
3) Archers that try to take a quick loot off the outer perimeter will be taken out by the mortars/teslas.
4) Goblins will get funneled into one tight area and pummeled by splash damage or will get killed together by the giant bomb if they move further on.
5) Triangulated air defenses and multi-coverage air bombs/mines take out any healer/dragons before they can reach the 2nd layer of the base. As seen below, balloons taking an air bomb and being zapped out of the sky and dragons getting pummelled by double air def/ teslas and eating air mines and bombs

6) Clan castle troops bolster the defenses of the base with 85% coverage. As seen here below, bunch of hogs getting rained with arrows from CC troops. That amount of dps took out the pigs in less than 10 seconds!

Pros:
-Anti Giant/Healer
-Strong against Ballonions
-Triangulated splash defenses
-Multiple choke points/funnels
-Good overall defense coverage
Cons:
-Weak against Hog-Healer
-Weak against a well planned Ballonian
-Weak against mid-late TH9 with Archer Queen
Possible modifications:
1) Swapping dark elixir storage (once its emptied) with Barbarian King for additional fortified defenses within the core and an additional tank on outer perimeter.
2) Farming mode (at the expense of exposed air defenses and readjustments of springs/bombs):

Clan Wars:
For clan wars, the idea here is to deny the enemy as many stars as possible. This base does that quite well so far; the attackers either got 0 or 1 star despite their magnitude of assaults.
