Otherwise it is possible with big help from a rich farmer to keep doing boat & truck orders, don't buy any machine, save coin to buy stuff for truck orders.
Even if it is possible, it is not very wise to rush levels at an early point. Hay day doesnt really reward leveling up fast when you dont have the cash to buy new machines and benefit from the new products unlocked. Sure there might be some products that you could make without requiring additional machinery but the downside is that many things like trucking (your main source of xp....) will ask for products that you cannot make.
There is no point to rushing to higher levels when you suddenly get orders like cakes all the time for which you cant afford the oven. Even trashing orders takes 30 mins to refresh so your *quick advantage* of unlocking products is suddenly turned around in a full stop since you cant continue fulfilling orders to advance to the next level. While some items may be readily obtained from the newspaper you will for instance have a hard time getting cheesecakes, ergo every order containing at least one cheesecake will require you to trash it and wait around praying the next wont be harder.
Because my cousins are staying here for two week from another country and i want to join the neighbourhood they made before they leave
Depending on their level they might be able to feed you cash and/or products. If that is not an option just be sure to friend them by GC/FB and when you reach the required level have them invite you :).

Arrange with them to provide you with coins and cheap products for your truck order. You will need lot of coins (don't buy any new machine after sugar mill nor pig nor sheep yet to save coins). Trash difficult/time consuming truck orders. Prefer crops order (you can buy, don't waste time planting). Sell all wheat/corn to make visitor come ask for it then buy, plant and sell to them (you earn XP by planting and you have already a customer waiting).
Get the boat as early as you can and start doing boat order for XP. Do not afraid to cast off difficult boat. That's about 1000xp+ per boat.
Make bread/chicken & cox feed for sale to use your crop, sugar for your cousins :)...
That's what I would do. Completely unbalanced game and you will suffer after (not having enough coins/machine) but if your goal is to reach level 29, I can't see any other ways :).
She has like 200k coins and i thought she spent like $10000000 then i saw that there was stuff that was like a million. She says se will just give me coins and buy my stuff pretty much. she's level 44
