Idea about tournaments

I feel that the tournaments held are kind of one sided and the gems only go to certain players you could still have this but also have a tournament that each clan gets into every three seasons with a smaller prize pool of gems the tournament would take a certain number of clans with the same number of trophies at the start and the top three teams top ten players would be rewarded with a small amount of gems this would help people strive to have more trophies and the circulation of gems
