Clan war winnings collection, not available?

Morning everybody. We recently won our first clan war. I was unable to 'collect' winnings from CC after the victory. Is this because I failed to earn one star during battle, or is is this a glitch?

You have too win at least one battle to receive loot. Spectators don't receive loot because they can't attack.
