Currently using BARCH and wondering what the best way to train them is I.e archers training in two barracks, barbs in the others. Help would be appreciated as currently it is taking a while to train em :p

I use them 100-100, most efficient is 25/25 in 4 barracks
I barched my way through Town Hall level 2 to 8.
It's the fastest army available and the easiest way to collect gold. Search for bases with +- 200k gold (TH6/7). Search for bases where the gold is in the collectors. Just dump some barbs in front of them, then some archers behind them. Profit. Always keep your 4 barracks running. Two barracks barbs and two barracks Archers is the fastest, but I like a little more archers than barbs. Keep searching till you find something awesome. If it takes a long time, you will find that the next army will be almost ready so you can go again. Multitask it with something in "real life" like watching TV, cleaning up the house or anything and it will make you feel like a boss.
Elixir is useless with this army. Dump excess gold in walls so your loot stays to an absolute minimum so you don't get raided. Place your TH outside. Upgrade camps, barbs and archers. I don't use wallbreakers because they don't help alot for their slow speed, but you can take some with you, just in case. Upgrade barracks only when you know you're not gonna be online for more than a day.
Try to not get bored... I think that's the hardest part, but maybe you can switch your army for something else in a Clan War...
Take spells with you, cause again, Elixir is useless, you will have enough. Take some combination of Lightning Spell and Rages. Rages are for bases that have too big of a core. Get in, dump everything, Rage. Lightning spells are for bases with Mortars/Wizard Towers next to each other. Take 2 out, take the collectors and the storages. Or use Lightning to kill Clan Castle troops. In my raiding their weren't much CC troops, but maybe that's changed because of the Clan War.
2 barracks of archers and 2 barracks of barbarians works fine. Be sure to take some spells (Rage/Heal work best) and some sturdy CC troops (Wizards/Dragon/Witches) :)
