I have become a townhall 9 and my xbows are currently being built. Will the xbows be operational in clan wars or will it just be a blank space?

I have become a townhall 9 and my xbows are currently being built. Will the xbows be operational in clan wars or will it just be a blank space?
From what i understand, they'll be lvl1 even if they are not completed.
Your working level 1 xbow will be there :) Confimed, bcuz my clan mate's one was being built during our previous war...Quote:
