Banning

If you want someone to stop spamming the chat or swearing, just kick them out! This is not a good idea

First of all, why call it banning when you mean muting?

Secondly, if you want someone muted from your clan, you kick them. Why mute? Because you want his trophies to remain in the clan but not the individual? Kick him if he's inappropriate.

Any sane person who got muted in a clan would leave.

My vote: Terrible idea.
