Hmm our war isn't over but seeing some of the numbers thrown out today maybe the loot is better than I thought.:cool:
Still can't beat farming of course in terms of time spent vs loot won/spent but it is fun interacting so much with other clan mates.
the stronger the village you attack, the more loot you get. I am th8 and attacked 2 other th8's.
I got 720k gold / elixer and 600DE. For 2 raids in wich i got a 3 star and a 1 star (damn troops walked right around his TH).
1,440,000 total resources + 600de is hardly pathetic for 2 raids. Id say thats pretty solid loot. Plus you can do it under a shield and theirs also this small fact that it's......fun?
I found our first war to be pretty damn fun and had a blast advising the lower guy's on attack strategy. My clan is pretty tight and fun but i found it brought everyone even tighter so that was cool also.
I could have sniped the other sides top guy's th. If i had i would have got 350k gold / elixer and over 1k de. thats a hell of alot of loot for a th snipe. I'm a team player though so 3 starred one of their th8's.
War loot is solid.
The actual loot is very very low, but there is logic behind that reasoning. As for the winning bonus loot, it's pretty sweet. I'm a lvl 7 TH who attacked a fellow lvl 7 TH and this is what I got:

50darkelixir
So, yeah, pretty nice.
It's two raids brah. That's an hour of building troops. Big deal. Plus, its not about loot. It's about you and your clan owning another clan. The thrill of victory and enjoyment of watching each others videos. The loot is just a bonus.Quote:

that was my loot bonus, thats because i raided high rated people of that clan.
If i raided a lowbie i could ofcourse 3 star him or her, but then my war loot would be way lower..
since you only need 1 start to "claim" the warloot i suggest people to raid higher rated people of a clan where you get better loot.
i cant say that loot when you loose is good, since we didn't loose it and we only did 1 warclan match..

If your clan loses, it is your clan fault (or your clan opponent is too strong). And not the loot that is pathetic.
Sounds like some are making a huge mistake.
If you wanna get loot, you farm bases for easy living.
If you want bragging rights and a new kind of fun, you go to a Clan War and win it.
Ofc you dont get alot of stuff when you loose, none rewards nr 2 as they do nr 1.
I got 875k gold and same in elixir and 4000 DE and bragging rights...
This guy farms at clan war. Lol
