My clan just started a war and we have 50 people. Instead of doing a fifty on fifty, we are doing a forty five vs forty five, and five people are sitting out. Is fifty versus fifty allowed?

Yes it is , its is probably not smart though due to the fact that there can be inactive's and whatnot,but it is possible to communicate with your clan and make it possible :D
