Are non-defensive structures available during a war?

My spell factory is upgrading and won't be finished before the 2nd day of our war starts. Will the spell factory be available for me to make spells and use? I know defensive structures will work on your war base but was wondering about this situation. Thanks.

I don't think it will be available to you during the war. :(

Yes, once it is complete, you will be able to use the spell factory to create spells.
