Dark Elixir from Clan Wars not being rewarded?

So recently my clan was in a clan war against another clan. We all had our wins and losses and it showed our loot bonuses for winning our battles. For me, I had a loot bonus of 370,000 gold and 370,000 elixir but I also had 350 dark elixir that was supposed to be rewarded. Once the clan war was over (we won 61 to 57) it said that the loot bonus was in our clan castle but when I checked the gold and elixir was there but the dark elixir was empty? I collected it and it didn't give me the dark elixir I was supposed to receive. I'm guessing this is a bug but is there any way for me to receive the dark elixir that I rightfully earned?

Is your clan castle a high enough level to store dark elixir? Do you have a dark elixir storage? Some info like that would help:)

This happened to me too! I should have 200 de in my cc... But i dont!!!

Same thing happened to me. I should have won 365k gold/elixir and 450 DE. I got everything but DE deposited into my CC after we won the war. I asked my clan mates about it and they all didn't get any DE either. I hope this is fixed now, it's a pretty big flaw.

I just had this issue tonight and the other day in another clan war. The night before didn't get 80 DE got rest of loot in Clan castle. Last night after a clan war Victory got 350k G/E but not the 150 DE.. hope this gets fixed soon.

glitch rounds down to nearest 500

The same here. From the last war I should have 350'000 of gold, 350'000 of elixir and 450 of dark elixir.
I got everything except dark elixir !

SUPERCELL do something with it. It's now fair because some of the users got full bonus.

DE is definitely rounding down to next 500. Lower levels in my clan are getting ZERO DE. Please fix Supercell!!
