Are defenses currently being built counted as active for CW?

I just started both my Inferno tower upgrades in the last couple days and was wondering if they will be active during CW. When I look at my war map they appear finished lvl 1 IT, but when I go back to my normal base they are being build.

note: this is referring to new never build before defenses and not upgrades which were addressed in the FAQ for CW

Yes correct, I do believe that defenses are all active in clan wars (yay!) and Heros. :D

Until a mod posts here or someone who experienced the same thing already from a war I will just have to wait and see for myself in less than 3 hours!!!

Heros are active on defense only if they are upgrading. You are not able to attack with them if they are upgrading

Mods are a reliable source of information but don't forget that the forums are flooded with members that have a solution to many problems:rolleyes:

To the OP: Defenses are the level they are upgrading FROM on Clan War defense. Same with heroes. You can't attack with upgrading heroes though so it would be best to keep that in mind;):cool:

Yes defences being upgraded are active.
Heroes being upgraded are only active on defence.

Yes they are still functional, ive seen it personally

I understand that defenses are the level they are upgrading from but what if you are building the level 1 IT? It doesn't have a level its coming from only to level 1.

Then it will not appear on your base. This has been answered somewhere in one of the FAQs. Better not rely on its spawn zone because that might screw you up a bit;):cool:

Nope. It does appear. I've experienced this personally in our last war. My opponent was constructing a brand new xbow (still under construction after prep day), and in his war base it was complete.

Yes even the weapons being built for the first time are active on the war base.. It happened to one of my clan members!

Incorrect.
Once purchased it will appear on your base and fully functional.
We had a clan member with a newly purchased x-bow outside as that's where he puts his defences when being built.
It was quite funny to see it firing in a random spot during Clan Wars.
