technically yes, but 4 lightning spells cant kill a CC i believe. Supercell specifically bumped the HP on the building to avoid that early on in CoC history...
It depends on the level. For a level 1 or 2 two CC, 4 lightning spells will in fact be enough (or even just 3 in the case of a level 1 CC).Quote:
