Please anyone end my confusion once and for all
even tho ppl keep telling me it's *130, my calculation told me it's +130%
otherwise there is no way one lvl.4 wallbreaker can break through my lvl.7 wall

Wallbreakers do 32 * 40 to walls to. So lv 4 WB does 1280 dps to the wall itself. Lv 8 wall has 3k hps.
Rage Math: 32 * 1.3 = 41.6 (bonus damage) 41.6 + 32 = 73.6 * 40 = 2944
Hrm.. that doesn't add up either. Very close, but not enough by itself.
1280 * 1.3 = 1664 + 1280 = 2994. So if anything hit the wall before-hand, that one WB would break it. Now if its a level 4 rage spell, thats 160%.. different story
It's definitely 130% and NOT +130%. That would be over double the strength of the attacks for a lvl 1 Rage Spell - no matter how you look at it, that would be insane and certainly not the boost we're getting.
They actually corrected this in the previous update (just the written expression, the effect of the spell is and has always been the same). You can look it up for an official explanation.
Its def plus 1.3 not multiplied by 1.3
multiplied by 1.3 gives you an extra 0.3 when it is in actually an extra 1.3
The damage boost for a lvl 1 Rage spell is +30% or damage multiplied by 1.30.

Test it yourselves. Someone did, and it is certainly +130%. The game description is wrong.
