Clan Wars Question

Just a quick question I was wondering about before our clan goes into war. When your builders are working on your defenses will those defenses be disabled in the clan wars process until the builders time is up? Just like in regular matchmaking. If so should we wait till our builders are not busy and not use them for 2 days or does it not mess with anything in clan wars? Just curious and thank you to anybody that has an answer to this.

Go ahead and upgrade stuff in your normal village. The war base uses the lower level-not what the defense is upgrading to.

Sweet! I was wondering about this. So it uses the lower level defense instead of it not being used at all/being built.
