Can someone please help me?

I have a pretty successful village but I forgot to use Game Center on my ipad (I use it to play clash of clans). I am selling my ipad but I really don't want to lose my process that I have made. Is there any way I can transfer over my stuff without using Game Center? Am I able to download all of my stuff onto my computer then transfer it to my phone, maybe even iCloud, or is there any other way? Please respond as quickly as possible! Thank you so much,

Assuming you have the new device before you sell the old one, you could probably use the "Link a Device" button under the settings button.
