Many people have bad bases that lose trophies easily and a lot. Well for a temp. time to lose less trophies while your off doing something else is guard the Town Hall A LOT. For example - 4 Sides each guarded by a cannon (if you can afford all 4 and your town hall is a high enough) and make the walls around it the highest level you can. Then for that time you can upgrade your other things and lose less trophies and reputation. Hope this helps! :D
