You can't link an Android GooglePlay village to iOS Gamecenter I think...never heard of such.
To link from IOS to Android, your village had to be saved to GC. Just load up your previous GC account on your iPhoneQuote:

Ok. You started on an Apple device. You started a new village, which you saved to your Gamecentre. So, that's it, your village will ALWAYS be accessible on any Apple device when you log into your Gamecentre.
You then linked your VILLAGE ( not Gamecentre ) to an android device, which, you then linked to you Google+ account. So, that is also all done, now your village will ALWAYS load on any Android device once logged into your Google+ account.
Now your village is fully accessible on both Android and Apple.
SO, You never need to link again. If you wish to load your device on ANY other device, all you need to do is EITHER:
-Log into Gamecentre for Apple devices
-Log into Google+ for any Android devices.
