Clan Wars Maintenance

Hello
Does anyone know what date supercell will fix all clan wars glitches.

How longs a piece of string?

I know how to fix it.....do not ever use the scout button, the second you click it, it makes it so you cant attack. To scout someone click the star in the clan wars screen and go visit them. As long as you never click scout it functions perfectly, reload the game completely, go back in without using scout button
