Teleporting Errors [Game-Center]

Hey guys and gals, I know there is a teleporting error amongst the community, but as I haven't spotted any posting of this particular problem, I'll go ahead and post what is happening to me.

So, I logged into another account in gamecenter, and naturally I get the usual screen, "Would you like to change to your TH5 Base" and right as the pop up came up my screen behind the pop up asking me to type "CONFIRM", appears a TH10 War Base. I wasn't even in the clan wars tab to begin with.

Just notifying everyone of my point of view, I'm sorry if their was another post on this that I failed to locate.
