I would just like to bring this to light.

Ok so I know this will probably get flamed by pretty much everybody in the forums, however I believe this has to be said.

First and foremost thank you Supercell for bringing us Clan Wars (the most anticipated update in the history of this game.) and I personally would like to apologize for the entire Clash of Clans communities behavior and attitude towards you over this.

Now to all you people complaining about these clan wars. There are a couple things that you all need to understand with regards to Supercell and these clan wars.

1) They have taken the time and effort into trying to produce a proper war experience that is unable to be compared to any of their competitors wam-bam-thankyou-mam clan war features. This has taken a lot of precious time for them to do. (Of which if I may point out you were all complaining that the update has been taking to long.)

2) Now with such a lengthy process of creation it is understandable that they cannot prepare for every problem that arises, and while yes they wish to be notified of these problems and glitches it does not mean you should go around insulting their work and telling them that they don't know what they are doing. Be civilized with the way you approach the problem.

3) This is by far the biggest problem I have noticed with people on the community. People do not seem to understand that there is a massive difference between testing it on their test servers and throwing it out there on the live server for everybody to use. Please understand that due to the many differences it is often very difficult for them to predict what will happen when the update does go live.

4) This is the last topic to bring up... People on the forums need to learn to make up their mind... When the update takes to long they moan, but yet when they bring it out they say it was released to soon... I mean come on guys...

To the mods... I am sorry if I overstepped the line in writing this out and if I did feel free to close it as that was not my intention, however I just truly felt it needed to be said.

To Supercell itself... (if you guys read this) thank you once again for an amazing update I have already spoken to the clan I am in and we all are loving it ^^ you guys are doing a brilliant job. ^^

To the Clash community... I know you will probably end up going up in flames, but I feel that many of you are taking things the wrong way... Please just read through this and understand that I do not intend to insult anyone, but just feel that you need to learn to do things in a civilized manor.

Very good points and yes it is an amazing update that take us out of the loop of just raiding, now we get some extra resources. I agree and people should stop complaining it's not like clan wars is unplayable, it just has some bugs that I'm sure will be fixed soom

Thank you!! The outrage and panic over all this is ridiculous. It's a game. And there are several workarounds to the glitches, if people would stop freaking out long enough to discover them.

+9001 to this thread. Most people complaining don't have any idea what goes into making an update, how hard it is, or how much time it takes....and things like server stress they can't always predict. They cna't know that their estimated number of users would be an underestimate. They work their hardest to give you what you want and so many people throw it back in their faces. Until you've debugged the monstrous amount of code that I'm sure this takes up then you may complain.

Also, this is still te BETA Test...we're testing it to FIND THE BUGS.

I Agree, this update (although glitchy) has put a bit of spark back into the game.. TBH I was expecting way more troubles than we have seen!
Show a bit of patience, by all means notify Supercell of the glitch and relax a bit..

Great Post!

Our clan stopped using the scout function and its all working like it should.

And its hell'u exciting too; the war map really tells a dynamic story.
