How? How? Just how?

I was upgrading my last archer tower to level 10, but when I tapped it it bring me to this town hall 5 dude on a war map, in no clan. I clicked return to war map, and I get a blank war map. My clan is in a war, and the opposing clan has no town hall 5s. What just happened?
