Hating clan wars already. This is why.

Oh wow, I am sooooo angry about this. I have been prepping mr warbase, sorting my strategy, all good. I get to finally make an attack on my battle day opponent, and find what. BOTH my heroes are not there.

why? Because while i was sleeping, my regular village was attacked and both my heroes got taken out in normal CoC play. So my attack group for battle day WAS DIFFERENT, even though the attack on my base happened AFTER battle day started. What the hell? This is so, so stupid. I didn't realise, because it took ages to even get through the server to attack, and i had no idea my heroes were not there until the attack started. Which was against a maxed Th10, so no heroes = defeat.

for pity's sake. How can my heroes be killed in normal play and then be removed from my battle set up? Demented.
now I have wasted a precious attack, and am furious.

p.s. And even after battle day, my normal base was also plundered, because it wasn't set up to protect resources, only to defend my TH. This is awful, already. That is two reasons.

Thank you for bringing this to the attention of others. I guess sleep mode will be the order of the day on war day if you are not under shield.

Sorry for you guy. One of my clan member was in a similar situation. This morning he woke up and started his attack against the opponent before he realised that his troops were not in full capacity. So he got only 2* for that attack.

Yep, Clan wars is a totaly fail and not ready at all, My clan is currently being endlessly attacked with no way to retaliate or scout the enemy because 90% of us are glitched out and the client freezes when you press attack or scout. Meanwhile the enemy seem to be glitch free.

I feel this game is still in its "beta" phase so it still has alot of issues. So i think after a few weeks or so a layout saving option would be implemented and maybe having our Heros be able to attack if injured or upgrading will be changed. Its not perfect yet of course but hopefully they will refer to the feedback section and update clan wars and listen to us.

Wait till you find out that heroes are not available for attack if you are upgrading them... ( in clan wars i mean )

This has got to be the worst update to date.. From any mobile app.

Its a fun add on to the existing game. The real issue is that the rewards for a successful two days of war are about 40 minutes barching. Still fun and I enjoy the activity.

U guys should probably read the threads first.

at OP: once your prep day is over, you can switch your war base (i.e without resource protection) back to your farm base, so you don't lose resource from village raids.

Also, its been known that what you attack other war base with is your current "village army" including your own village CC troops and Spells. I had to gem up my spell factory since it was upgrading and I will definitely lose a raid without spells. Information is everywhere mate, you just gotta look for it. :p

at solarous: do NOT hit the scout button as it is bugged. Reboot your game and try attacking again. The opponent clan probably knows it. Sheesh.

We get an awesome update in a long while, which is quite well thought out IMO, except for a feel flaws (which could be worked on later), so just chill your ♥♥♥♥ and enjoy whats given. :rolleyes:

Its not purely about the loot, The fact that you can finally clash...with clans as the name suggests is awesome and the original idea of the whole update is awesome. But it has just been rushed and then slapped into the game and its quite literally breaking CoC, And not just the clanwars side of CoC but the entire game. This is a huge mistake by supercell.
