thank you for the tip. can you click attack in clan wars but not actually attack, like how in normal Clash of Clans you can click attack but if you click end battle before sending any troops, you don't lose any trophies?
or once you click attack in clan wars, you use up 1 of your 2 attacks even if you don't send any troops?

therefore the solution til they fix the glitch is simple: DO NOT PRESS THE SCOUT BUTTON!!
You can still view enemy bases by pressing attack and backing out (as long as you do not drop any troops you will not use one of your precious two attacks)
