First i lose valuable time with boosted racs on the unplanned maintenance break. Now I'm trying to Farm out my new 50 walls to lvl 6 before my clan war battle starts (up grade just finished on th8😃). Now, Every few raids i get the clouds and im shipped off to a war map. What the what.

If your asking which is worse, that's easy. Even if Supercell deliberately made clan wars terrible, it would still be better than Obamacare.
If it was as bad as Obamacare no one would even be able to get a war to have issues with
