I am finally in attacking map. BUT if i hit the attack button it won't work and it also does not let me collect money. Should I just wait for it or what? Be patient?

Yeap.....same here...
Do not click scout, as it disables everything else. Reboot the app, and then do anything you want, other than scout. This will probably solve all of your problems.

Or you could not attack, be patient, make it easier for SC by not spamming their servers and forums, and come back in 3 hours when it's fixed and you're not going to waste your time...

I hardly ever buy gems and I did for the war and they all were wasted on a. Maintenance break I am pretty mad about that real money down the
