Follow someone you have liked

Is there a way you can follow a farm that you have liked?
For example I had the maximum 4 follows so I can't follow anymore (Where it's blue around the picture)
I wanted to follow a farm that was in the paper but couldn't because I had reached the maximum but when I unfollow one the paper changed so I will never see that farm again. I pressed the like button so I was wondering can I get that farm back to follow?
Now I know this might be done if your using 2 devices via the same GC account but can it be done another way?

You should be able to follow 5 farms, but if the game glitches and you can't follow more then that-you would have to see the farm you unfollowed then liked again somehow to be able to re-follow it-currently there is no way to "find" farms.

I don't think using 2 devices would even work-as your game info is saved on the servers, not your device. But I could be wrong-it's happened before, lol.

If I have HayDay on my iPad and iPhone running then it will lose connection when opening the app on the other device and vice verse. Now if I'm on a farm I want to follow but have already 5 followers then surely if I swap over to my other device and unfollow a farm then close the app then reconnect my other device it should still be on the same farm I want to follow before you lost connection allowing me to follow it.

LOL-Ahhh - no, you maybe right, I only play on one device. I didn't realize you meant trying such a snazzy move-just thought you might think that if you played on one device, then played on the other device, then went back and played on the first device again-you farm would still be at the point you left it on the first device-not further along where you left it on the second device.

Yes your correct that will happen. Anything you do on one device will update when logging on to your other device.
But I'm sure the way I explained will work. I'll test it and see lol

Let us know-that will be neat if it works, I hate losing farms I'm following cause I unfollow one while trying to follow a better one and lose the second one-then lose both in the process.

Typically if you are logged into the same gc account on 2 different device, it only allows you to log into one device at a time and there is no work around for this. If you log in from your iphone and while it's on, you can log in to your ipad but you will get disconnected on your iphone. So that won't work, it is a one device at a time only.

Yes-Frantic said that-what they are checking out now is if you would still be on the same farm you were in when you got disconnected when you reconnected.

Yes I'm sure that it will just take you back to your farm when you log in with the other device regardless if you are on someone elses farm. Honestly I don't remember because I used to have one account on two device but decided to have a two separate account on 2 different idevices.

I can confirm that it does work and you stay on the person farm. I will never again lose a great farm if I come across one.
Here is how I did it.
On my iPhone I selected and followed a farm from the newspaper which made me have the limit of 5 followers. I then logged on to my iPad and it disconnected my iPhone. I then selected a farm from the newspaper on my iPad. Now if I go to follow it says can't follow all slots in use so then I go back to my iPhone which disconnects my iPad and i unfollow the farm I want to delete. When I've done that I reconnect to my iPad and the farm you wanted to follow will still be there and you can now follow it.
If only I did and thought of this earlier lol.
