New CW Defensive Strategy

Very true indeed

As an attacker in clanwars, seeing a base with an exposed TH means it'll be that much easier to 2 star. Unless you can guarantee that they will not be able to 50% the rest of the base, this is not a good tactic in my opinion.

I used this tactic a few months ago... I got 200+ cup within 2 days..

I always deploy one troop to see if there any traps.

Might work if you afford enough of them, didn't work for me because people got around them using Balloons so I used balloon bombs but they didn't do well.

At th 6 and below, I'm sure this would be very effective. I would love to see someone test this at higher town halls though!

Someone in my clan left didn't leave his town hall exposed, but left gaps in his core so that troops could be dropped there. After luring CC and heroes, he sent the rest of his army into the core to try to steal the town hall. The person in my clan is a TH10 and the person who attacked used level 6 giants and some other stuff. He lost with 3%:D

Real good idea... a psychological trap!
