this was never promised. They will defend for you. That is what was promised

They will defend for you.but the lvl it is at currently.

I personally like it for now, gives a bigger challenge :D

At all or while attacking? I'm guessing you mean while attacking.

At the end of the prep day, that is your base. For the upgrading things, the level they are upgrading from is on your war base. No "as promised". Otherwise, this would discourage farmers.

That actually sounds pretty clearly like a promise (grabs popcorn).

Marika stated in the FAQ that your heroes needed to be awake. They are sleeping while upgrading. Not available for attack. Sleeping heroes and heroes that are upgrading are on guard in the war base. You can see them itching for a fight.

From the look of it, Marika wins this battle, and Steve is wrong!
