Cant attack

Hey guys war has started for me and I can not attack? I click attack but no luck. Too much of a surplus amount of people? My clan mates have already attacked

The preparation day has ended but it doesn't say battle day so none of our clan can attack. I'm trying to figure what has happened but I think it is only a fault or a mishap. Are you high up or not in your clan because some people only watch?
