I think you could add a button where leaders or co-leaders could press "ready" when the whole clan is ready to go to war, so if both clans press the "ready" button the war starts before the 24 hour timer expires.

I think this would be nice 24 hours seems to be a bit much.
It allows you to plenty of time to prep your clan for war. Not every clan has elite 4000+ trophy members in it. Some clan members will be extremely difficult defenders. So the 24 hr preparation is a good thing.

the likelihood of everybody's getting ready from both sides is low compared to number of wars declared. so, adding 1 more button however, is not easy for the game because, Supercell tries to keep the game simple with higher effectiveness and efficiency.
