TH8 Vs. TH8

So what is the best army comp to defeat (3-star) any TH8 base, lets say its maxed. I don't care about how many troops I have to use and the cost, just need some troops. And its for clan wars. Give me one with hogs and one without.

Levels:

Barbs, Archers, Goblins, Giants, Wall Breakers, Balloons, Wizards: Level 5
Healers, Dragons, PEKKAs: Level 3
Minions: Level 4
Valkyries, Golems: Level 2
Lightning, Heal, Rage: Level 5
Level 10 King
200 Space
3 Spell Spaces
25 space in CC

I have level 3 hogs, but they are upgrading to level 4 ATM. I don't want to use level 3 hogs though.

I'm gonna take on someone my own town hall so I don't waste an attack on a hard TH, and don't take an easy base to make it harder for da lower players to attack.

Also, when you use clan troops in CW do they come back to ur clan wars CC? And can you be attacked unlimited times, or just twice? And can you use both your attack on the same base or only one on the base? Thanks!

20 hogs 12 wiz 12 barbs 32 archers 3 heal spells
10 minions 9 dragons 3 lighting spells

Hogs will always do the trick. If they are level 3 you should be fine. Other than that i would say giant, healer, wizard
