Spectating Blows

Hey,
I was in a 45 member clan. We started searching for a rival one n found one with 45 members.
Only 30 of us got the 'x sword' i.e only those 30 are allowed to take part in the war.
Rest of the members without the 'x sword' are just spectating.

who are spectators?
- the members who dont have a 'x sword' before their name, their villages are at the bottom of war map, u cant donate troops to them
- new members who join after your clan started a war

I dont want to spectate. If i am just a spectator i should not be banned from participating in another war till the war im not taking part in finishes.

Dont put the spectators village on the war map if they're not participating in the war.

Spectators(who were already in the clan when the war started) should be allowed to join a new clan or create one and start war. There should be no 'cool down clan war period' for them.

I see your point that spectators should be allowed to leave their clan without being encumbered with the cooldown from the war they were denied access to.

I have a couple questions for you though on the spectator mechanics:

1) Are you allowed to browse the war map and scout the ally and enemy war bases?
2) Are you allowed to donate to the ally war bases?
3) Are you allowed to donate to the village CCs of your clanmates who are participating in the war?

If you have the ability to do any of those 3, then you can actually 'participate' in a limited way in the war. Still kinda sucks for you though.

Yeah it sucks.
I just wanted to raid in cw. Now i have to wait for two days thats if i get to take part in the next one.
Hopefully i wont 'participate' in a limited way in the next war.

You make fair points but ..but..who doesnt want to raid and win attacks for their clan. They can get troops from other members participating in the war. Anyways some member gave them all giants so..lol(wasnt me)

Thanks for the reply, but I really am interested in the answers to the 3 questions. I have not seen direct answers to those questions before and you are in a perfect position to answer them definitively.

If by village cc u mean the normal cc used for league based attacks, yeah i can donate to my clan members.

I have the same problem in my clan. I would like to know why it shows 40 v 40 on map but in addition to the bottom 4 people in clan and additional 6 people cant receive any troops. What is causing this to happen? And why are the castles on the war map if we cant fight?

I am the one who started the clan war in our clan, and I really wanted to fight in it.

Im a spectator and i dont mind( im actually crying inside) im not participating because i thought we were 50 but we kicked a guy earlier and i forgot but while we were searching i realised so i started getting above 45 but i was 10 seconds late :/
