over a day and a half in, the function still does not work even after a maintenance specifically designed to fix it...
I think clan wars should be removed again until they can sort it out.
This is absolutely disgraceful from Supercell, Clan wars is broken...
time to wait another 2 years?

The only way it will get better is by putting it out to the public so we can find the bugs and they can then fix them. Yeah its not going to work perfectly the first week, or probably not even the first month. But over time, it will get better
We're not removing clan wars when it's working just fine. We've waited long enough for it anyways and people would quit if they just took it away.
Clan wars is working just fine for me in both of my clans.
Understandable that it is frustrating to people who are not able to enjoy it yet, but the rest of us should not suffer because it is not working right for a few
Could one of you who's clan war is working properly post the amount of time remaining for the prep day? I'm wondering if my clan is experiencing problems due to how quickly we were searching for a match. Our prep time stands at 5 and 1/2 hours. The members we have that are at the bottom of our clan hadn't updated their app yet. They are being displayed as th5 and th6s even though they are th9+.
To the OP, calm down, even if you dislike how this release has gone SC didn't do it on purpose. Its frustrating I get that, but that's life.
We got thru matchmaking but out of 46 members it won't allow 24 to participate. Enemy have 45 an won't let 9 participate. Its not the lowest ranked members either. My understanding its multiples of 5 so it should be 45 vs 45 not 22 vs 34. We are all excited, I just think we need a Mulligan on the first war. If we're keeping stats it shouldn't be include till bugs are fixed making uneven teams.
