For those who keep saying "boot those who don't obey", you do realise there is no way of seeing who donated what right?
If you don't know who donated what then your argument is pointless. Either give use a report of donations,or allow us to empty castles on prep day. The current situation is useless.

Your clan is not the same as every clan out their. And no one at this time can be punished. This is because no one knows who the troll is with the goblins and wallbreakers.
And if you kick that person before war is over that's the price you pay. This is war not a stroll down lover's lane. Not to mention how do you plan on ever winning a war if you don't control your people?
That said in the CW feedback thread SageAbkatsor had a good idea that I actually like and I think would be fair to all parties.
First we're all in agreement a report of some sort is needed to see who donated what to allow leaders to reprimand people or deal with repeat offenders.
What was suggested on top of that is that only leaders get to dump a cc. I like that idea if they have a limited number of dumps based on size of the war.
That way you get to correct some of the cc issues if you have people throwing gobbies around but still gives clans that work better together that advantage but to a lesser degree.

Is the clan castle that you drop on offense in clan wars the same one you have for your defense in clan wars? Or is it the one people normally donate troops to? I hope that made sense haha. I need to know which troops will be in my offensive clan castle.

If these are not appealing you can join another clan and let them make the tough decisions.
Unless there is a way to see who donated what, we do not have the tools to see who can be trusted to donate well.
As a leader, it is also my job to point out a deficiency in the system that hides the information we need to determine who is trustworthy. That's what we're doing -- pointing it out here.

You have gone off-topic by a long shot. We are talking current time problems here. At this current time, it is almost impossible to see the troll donator in action. There should be no kicking involved. If there is no way to control this or fix this situation, this problem will occur throughout the years to come! You shouldn't have to control anyone. This is not a democracy with police and government......This is a game over the internet and in order for it to work fluent and consistenly you need the right features (other than the kick feature).

What if I get wallbreakers in my CC and decide to be a douchebag and blame someone I dislike for it?
The way things are right now does nothing but encourage bad behavior.
So, yeah, stop defending it, there's nothing to be defended in here.
Unless, of course, you are said troll/douchebag...that'd explain a lot.

Alot of people are confusing a clan leader with a "clan lord". You do not lord over the people in your clan you lead them. If you cannot Lead them, follow another who can or step aside. The fact that people are donating trash to your CC speaks to lack of leadership. IMO you do not need tools you need wisdom, and are more likely to acquire wisdom in the near future.
If you think you have a rockin idea this thread does nothing to further an idea or request. There is a sub forum for that.

duh..
i know, it has been talked too...
just some peeps are too Young to understand, doesn't read mail or don't participate to chat or even don't speak English maybe? lol
we at first, are an open clan, taking in consideration it's a game, so we allowed anyone to give anything at any time (until cw)
but unfortunately people were too stressed and just didn't took the time at starting clan wars... it is our first trial (leader has started really too fast, i taught she would wait for me until we start)
i was about the only one (except for few colead) that were aware of all the situations related to cw...
but also, i think the other clan is about the same... lots of exposed th, lots of them seems to be unactive (21/45 has 0/0 donations and no badge)
i guess that even if we messed up a little at this point, the rest will maybe even things up
