My clan leaders made it abundantly clear that nobody was to donate a thing until we all talked. We had everybody enter their request on their war base then we started talking and cooking and donating. Everybody got what they wanted. There is no need for a dump button of any kind.

No matter how much control there is in a clan there is always a member or two who donate those unwanted troops. Punishing them with a kick is no fixed solution as you loose that player in the clan war. Clan Wars can be conveyed as a team effort but no matter what, every clan in the game won't be as consistent with donations at the standards met. If Clan Wars is kept the way it is, there will be a lot of kicking and fighting occurring in each clan.

That's the worst part mate! These pesty goblins and wallbreakers are stuck with you throughout the clan war! This heavily affects the defence in which case heavily affects your clan winning.

For each attack on your base, your war cc is automatically refilled with what your were originally donated

I disagree. I do think a report is needed to see who donated what so people donating stupid stuff can be dealt with but if you have a person who is a repeat offender for doing something like throwing WB's and Goblins in the war base CC why would you want them in your clan in the first place? Eliminating the person causing the issue corrects the problem.

We had some early donations of wallbreakers and goblins as well. Of course, nobody admitted to doing it. So how am I supposed to deal with it as a clan leader if there is nothing in the game to let me know who donated what?

Corrects the problem? That is a whole 2 attacks out of the window for the clan! Every clan is not as perfect as the higher, mature clans. If everyone who donates unwanted troops gets kicked, in some cases clans might only be left with half their members. You have to think about every factor in this situation. Your clan is not the same as every clan out their. And no one at this time can be punished. This is because no one knows who the troll is with the goblins and wallbreakers.

Attempt to get everyone on the same page as to what is appropriate for the CC. This is the main functions of a clan leader BTW.
As the leader boot all who cannot be trusted and find those who can be.

If these are not appealing you can join another clan and let them make the tough decisions.
