No. You can not clear your castle troops.
And please try to look around the sub-forum for a thread before posting it. This question has been asked hundreds of times.
Is there a way to see donations could for clan wars like there is for normal game?

Thanks for the reply but that wasn't the question. What I asked was that if someone is donating wrong troops, how can I know who donated? Is there a way to see donation count or name or anything that might help to see who might have donated?
