Personally, I prefer the second one, but am looking for advice before I use them.
Neither are good for clan wars since you protect the storages too much, storages should be used as meat shields for defenses not the other way around.Quote:

You only need resources for normal raiding. You change your base in the last 30 mins of preparation day to make sure you don't lose loot. Once that day is over switch back to your farming base before logging off. Also if you aren't going to be try and get a shield before changingQuote:

You are, if you change your base permanently. The way it works is you change your base to clan war base right before the preparation day ends. You can see the exact timer and when that timer hits 0 the base you have at that time will be the base you have in that specific war.Quote:

I find the entire system really stupid, to be honest. 24 hours for preparation? I understand that not everyone checks their village every hour but 24 hours is just too long. It should be adjustable.
Either that, or we should have the ability to save base designs. I've seen that suggested a couple of times.
Well that works if everyone in the clan is in the same timezone... I am not going to wake up at 4am to change my base at the last minute...Quote:
