Sync Your Current Village to the War Base

I've found when I change my current village layout, then I logout the game(close it) and re-enter the game, my modified village will be sync to the war base. I'm thinking that:

1. Modify my village layout for the clan wars.
2. Logout the game and login the game.
3. Modify my village back to farming base.
4. Logout the game.
5. Wait until the first day (preparation day) gone.

Will my war base is the one I've done in step 1?

I really don't have time to wait until the first day end and then change my village back to my normal farming base. My war base put all of my storages outside the walls and I don't want my resource to be raid so easier.

Anyone know will it work? Or when the first end, it will sync your current village into the war base again.

I would imagine the warbase gets locked when prep day ends so it will be a pain if you are not able to be online around that time. Personally I am not doing the best possible defensive base and rather just moved my th inside and also all the upgrading defensive buildings. Would be great if there were a war base editor and the game would remember your last war base to the next war as well.

You're warbase isn't locked in till the prepday timer ends. So just keep your farming layout and change it right before the time ends, or keep it changed till the timer ends thats the options.

it's a bit annoying. I ♥♥♥♥ed my base to a rough transformer yesterday as I didn't have time for a full redesign. I'll throw the TH inside at the last minute.

That's really annoying.
So when the timer ends in the middle of the night (for me), I have to keep my storages ungarded for that night and will be attacked over and over again...

Thank God I never keep stuff in my storages :p

I'm sure SC will find a solution in future updates, right now we should just happy to have Clan Wars finally released.

Yes kinda sucky but once they get the system setup for saving warbase vs regular it won't be a issue any longer.

i think that I will take the advice. Just move my town hall to the core and re-arrange all of the upgrading defensive buildings to the right position. Then go to bed.
