So, our clan have 36 members
Only about 5-10 people is very active, 10-20 are casual player while the rest is not active, some just play CoC once in few days, some even just once in a months.
from the preview before, I think It will be just 10-20 top members will be participating, but now everyone is included. This will be very bad for clans with lots of inactive members right?
PS: I don't wanna leave my clans because we're real life friends.
Is CW is still for people like us?

EDIT: Ask yourself what's more important first. CW or your real-life friends? If it's CW, then kick them out. If it's your friends, then leave them be.
cycle out the inactives and get actives. easy to do
my clan is exactly the same as yours... what I'm going to do is kick the inactive players (unless they are my friends[then remind them to get back on]) and then try and gather some more active players. Its going to take a long time, but it will be completely worth it in the end when you win war after war. Good Luck and Keep Clashing!! lol
