I guess everyone knows new member in clan can't join clan wars until clan war completes in his previous clan.
But can the new member be spectator in clan war??
Like spying on home base, to see what clan troops they got for clan wars and donating useless troops to the members participating in clan war?
Yes,they can be spectator. They can't troll/donate crappy troops tho.
