I do definitely agree with the idea of an update providing the ability to see who donated what, both for accountability purposes as well as for giving credit or thanks where it is due.
Personally though I feel that dumping troops in this case would lower the challenge of clans working together effectively. I think what Supercell may have been going for was to stress communication as a vital component of success or failure.
I recommend keeping the inability to dump War Clan Castle troops during Prep Day but suggest an icon to toggle the view of who donated what in order to protect clans from extreme cases of sabotage.
