Clans should not be able to "dump" clan castle troops. Clans that communicate well and have members that respect requests should be rewarded. Disorganized clans that give lame troops without asking should pay a price.
It's all part of the clan war, and plays a part in one clan performing better (or worse) than the other clan.
Very good point here by the OP seemed odd that you cant dump CC troops Supercell please fix this
Everyone in our clan got filled with lvl 2 witches which I can't complain i guess better than giants but doesn't really go with my looning strat

We had the same problem sabotage by a deserter , we need to dump the terrible troops. PLS fix this supercell.
