Andriod account gone.(lvl 90 in master 2) Even after i logged in with google+

When i tried to update the app there was a problem with installation. I reinstalled the game, but it keeps uploading a new village. I relogged into google+, but it saved the new village!(to make matters worse)

I dont understand how this could happen...i've bought gems and i remember receiving a prompt in-game that asked me to back it up to google+, and so, i did. I deleted the game before and i was able to load the same village just fine.

I dont care about the nooby village currently saved to my account, i want the old one, "gman", back. I've already reported via in-game support, ticket (#2785184), but i would appreciate some help getting this account back as soon as possible as ive done what i should've done and this account glitched out. 2-4 weeks is too long for a coc addict, please help!

on the bright side when you come back clan wars will be bug free (i hope)

I'm having this same issue, I wasn't level 90, but I spent over 80$ in credit's building up my village, and I can't get it back after re installing for the new update! I'm really upset that I'd lose what I spent money on, and am curious how people are going to get their things back and why we have to wait multiple weeks??

How many Gmail Accounts are logged in your phone? For example, I have 3. 1 is primary to which all the phone and play store is attached to, 2 secondary.

It's been 4 weeks and i still haven't heard anything. I Pm'd shivampaw and a week ago he asked me to pm him again if there's been no response after a week, and it's been a week, but when i tried to pm him today it says i'm unable to pm him. anyway, i need some help

Shiv has been banned temporarily. Sometimes it can take up to 6 weeks as sc are very busy with clan wars atm.
