Archer tower or hidden tesla

Hey im wondering if i should upgrade my archer tower to level 8 or my hidden tesla to level 2. I currently have enough for either just not both.

I opted for the hidden teslas, and now they are maxed.

Why AT over the teslas?

Ive become an tesla fan. They are great for finishing off partially hurt troops because they fire so fast.

Teslas are useful, don't get me wrong on that, but there ridiculously long upgrade times make them less attractive relative to the other defensive weapons. Also, a lvl 8 AT can 2 shot a lvl 5 barb and 1 shot a lvl 6 archer.
