Hahaha supercell are so silly

Did they not realise because of the hype and the fact that we knew when the update was coming a TON of clans would be looking for wars? How can they blame server overload? Surely they saw this coming? They know what they're doing dont they?

Plus, can we atleast be informed whats going on? Or are supercell going to be that typical company that believes because the fan base is so large now they can toy with their customers and disregard feedback?

that isn't the only problem, I am a kindle fire second gen user and they are such idiots they did not let the amazon app store distribute the game as well. I had a level 34 village and quiet a lot of time into the game and had to uninstall and reinstall just to get the update to get to my village and because of all of this had to start over. supercell simply does not give a damn about the players.

It was bumpy at first because the formula was so specific and there was millions of options available. Within the hour, the problem was resolved and everyone had an opponent! Supercell were able to get this working WITHOUT another maintenance break, so clearly they were prepared. And regarding you point about them not caring about the fans, that is absolute drivel; they care enough to reply to any email you will ever send them. They regularly post on fb to stay connected to the fans and there is a deal regarding boosting with gems on most of the time! They listen to feedback and make endless changes and tweaks to keep us happy! I can think of no game which has developed so much and with such success, I have ever played!

So get this. SuperCell might have made a mistake, but they are working nonstop to fix it. And it really doesn't help for you to laugh at them. C'mon dude have a sense of decency.

I totally agree, I wanted to add the fact that they ALWAYS check the forums, and they also make posts on the forums as well. For Goodness' sake, they have dedicated community managers who listen to, and actually hear us out unlike many other companies who get their money and give up on the fans.
With the BIGGEST UPDATE so far, of course there were gonna be some issues, but SuperCell got right on it, for example, I no longer have the chat lag. :)

It works perfectly for my clan even though it takes a bit longer than 1hr to find a clan but in the end we did get a evenly match to go to war with. and no more chat lagg too. Cheer Supercell :D love what youre doing keep it up ;)
